We listened to your feedback about long upload waits and flaky connections, and we’re excited to finally roll out smoother background processing. You’ll now be able to continue organizing, tagging, or sharing assets while large files finish processing, and the interface will keep you informed every step of the way. This release also includes smarter retry logic and more informative error messages, so interrupted uploads resume automatically more often and you can troubleshoot less.

Smart Auto-Tagging With Better Accuracy
Our auto-tagging engine received a big accuracy boost. Tags are now more relevant and context-aware, making it easier to find the right asset fast.
Tags suggested by the system can be accepted in bulk, edited inline, or ignored — you’re always in control. We’ve also improved suggestions for niche categories and proper nouns, so teams that rely on precise taxonomies will see fewer false positives and more useful recommendations.

Shared Links Revamped
Sharing is simpler: link previews look cleaner, expiry settings are easier to set, and you can require a passcode in a single click.
We added view-only and download limits to help protect sensitive assets when you send them outside your team. We heard from teams who needed more control over external shares, so this update also includes granular link analytics and an easy way to revoke access after a single use or a set number of downloads.

Integrated Canvas For Quick Annotations
Quickly annotate images and PDFs right in the browser — draw, highlight, and leave comments without downloading files.
Annotations stay attached to the asset so feedback is always visible to collaborators. We built this after watching how creative reviews slowed down with file handoffs: now reviewers can mark up directly, tie comments to specific timestamps or areas, and collaborators see a clear history of changes and replies without switching tools.

Bulk Tagging And Folder Actions
Select multiple assets and apply tags, move them to folders, or set metadata in one go. It’s perfect for cleaning up libraries after imports.
We added undo for bulk actions so experiments are risk-free. Plus, bulk operations now include preview steps and conflict-resolution prompts when metadata differs between items, so large changes are safer and easier to manage.

Exportable reports make it simple to share usage stats with stakeholders. We redesigned the dashboard based on customer interviews: expect clearer trend lines, customizable date ranges, and quick filters that help you slice data by project, user, or tag — all exportable as CSV or PDF for reporting.

Mobile App: Native Uploads And Offline Mode
The mobile app now supports native camera uploads and an offline mode that queues changes until you’re back online.
We also fine-tuned push notifications so you only get pings for things that matter. In practice this means you can capture assets in the field without worrying about connectivity, and the app will gracefully sync edits and annotations when it detects a stable connection — perfect for on-location shoots or remote teams.

Version History And Rollback
Asset versioning is clearer: view past versions, compare changes, and roll back with one click if needed.
Version notes help teams track why a change was made without leaving the interface. We added a visual diff for images and documents so you can quickly see what changed between versions, plus permission checks to make sure only authorized users can perform rollbacks.
